What do I actually receive?

A digital file or a template link, delivered the moment you pay. Nothing is posted.

Do I need to buy any software?

No. Spreadsheets work in Google Sheets, which is free. Canva templates work with a free Canva account. If you already have Excel, everything works there too.

Can I change the template?

Yes. Type over the sample text, change the categories, add rows, use your own colours. The formulas keep working.

Will it work on my phone?

You can view and update spreadsheets in the Google Sheets or Excel phone apps. Set the template up on a computer first; large spreadsheets are hard to lay out on a small screen.

Can I use this for my business?

Yes. You can use any template for your own work, personal or commercial, as many times as you like. What you cannot do is resell or share the template file itself. See the template licence for the detail.

Do I get updates?

If a template is corrected or improved, message us with your order number and you will get the updated file at no cost.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files cannot be returned once they are downloaded. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, you will be offered a replacement or a refund. See the refund policy for the full position.

Do you post anything?

No. Every product is a download. No shipping is charged and no address is needed beyond what your payment provider requires.
