How your download works

Everything in this shop is a digital file. There is nothing to post and nothing to wait for.

After you pay

1. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page straight away.
2. The same link is emailed to you, so you can come back to it later.
3. Download on a laptop or desktop if you can. Phones and tablets can be awkward about where they put downloaded files.

Spreadsheet templates

These arrive as an Excel file (.xlsx).

• Excel: open the file. That is it.
• Google Sheets: go to Google Drive, click New, then File upload, choose the file, then open it and pick Open with Google Sheets.
• Numbers on a Mac: double-click the file. Numbers will convert it. Formulas are kept, but some formatting may shift.

Work on your own copy and keep the original file untouched, so you can always start fresh.

Canva templates

These arrive as a link. Open it, sign in to Canva (a free account is fine), and click Use template. That makes your own private copy to edit. The original stays as it was.

Printing

Print-ready files are set up at 300 DPI. Print at actual size, or 100%, rather than Fit to page, or the measurements will come out slightly small.

Get in touch and tell us which template you bought and what you are opening it with. Most problems are fixed in one reply.
